Forgery #20 - Ann Wade 1772 Sampler Kit

A full reproduction of the Ann Wade 1772 Sampler. This wonderful piece is one of the samplers with distinctive characteristics from Norfolk, England. It has been included in the research by Joanne Martin Lukacher for her book, Imitation and Improvement: The Norfolk Sampler Tradition.

Finished Size: 13 1/4” x 9”
Fabric: 40 count Lambswool Linen

Stitches Used: Cross Stitch, Double Running, Satin Stitch, Eyelet, Tent, Backstitch and Cross Stitch over one.
